‘Kitty Bairdie had a coo. . . ’. Kitty Bairdie lives on a farm and has some very special animals, including a very clever cockerel! This is the old Scots poem of Kitty Bairdie (sometimes called Katie Bairdie) retold as a story.
With beautiful illustrations as well as the original poem, this is the perfect book to introduce young readers to the Scots language.
